The Adopt Me Halloween 2026 event is live right now. Three weekly updates have added 13 pets, two minigames, a Crypt and a Carnival.

Eleven of the thirteen need zero Robux. The Poltergeist Box (13,000 Candy Corn each) is the only random pet source in the event.

How to Get the Week 1 Pets
Jester Dragon. Buy it from the pedestal inside the Carnival tent for 1,000 Robux. Pets Plus subscribers report paying 800. It's the event's main Legendary and the one most likely to hold value.
Jumpscare. The little ghost at the Manor doors. 40,000 Candy Corn, adopted next to the Ghost Gallery queue.
Mummy Spider. Completely free, but it takes Crypt Keys:
Earn Crypt Keys: 4 from daily tasks, 1 per Ghost Gallery boss kill, 2 per full Hauntlet 2 clear, 1 hidden in Stitches' Spotlight.
Enter the Crypt next to the Manor. Each grave costs one key.
Graves give Candy Corn, Twigs, quest items, or the ladder down.
Clear all four levels and claim the Mummy Spider at the bottom.
Jacobin Pigeon. Collect 8 Twigs from Crypt graves, place them in the nest inside the Hotel (left of the front desk), then adopt it for 4,000 Candy Corn.
How to Get the Week 2 Pets
Skelicorn. The skeleton in the cage near the Manor. Find the Lightning Lever in a Crypt grave, place it in the shack beside the cage, then adopt it for 120,000 Candy Corn.
Bolt. The Hotel bellhop. 10,000 Candy Corn, no quest.
Bubblegeist, Bobageist, Caramelgeist. Open a Poltergeist Box at the Hotel for 13,000 Candy Corn each.

Even after 260,000 Candy Corn you're barely past a coin flip. Open a few for fun, then trade or buy the Bubblegeist instead.
How to Get the Week 3 Pets
Copycat. 600 Robux at the Manor. The second Robux Legendary.
Stitches. The stitched carnival bunny outside the Carnival. 70,000 Candy Corn. It also hosts the Stitches' Spotlight minigame.
Boohoo. The sad ghost at the Hotel. 32,000 Candy Corn.
Shoebill. Give 3 Lost Socks and 1 Headphones to the Hotel guests, then adopt it for 18,000 Candy Corn.
How to Earn Candy Corn Fast
Queue for Ghost Gallery (Manor) and Hauntlet 2 (Hotel). A full Hauntlet 2 clear pays about 21,000 Candy Corn plus 2 Crypt Keys.
While you wait, complete pet needs. Each one pays 200 Candy Corn.
Feed the Stray Cat outside the Manor once per in-game day for 50.
Open the Halloween tab on the Task Board at the start of every session for the daily keys.
Pick one target pet first. Buy accessories and boxes only after you've locked it in.

These are current marketplace prices from verified sellers, as of October 19, 2026. Candy Corn pets are cheap because anyone can still farm them. Prices will move once supply freezes on October 31.

Why the Jester Dragon Is Worth 20x a Skelicorn
Both are Legendary. One costs 1,000 Robux, the other costs Candy Corn you can farm for free.
Every Skelicorn ever made came from grinding, and players can keep adopting new copies until October 31. The Jester Dragon needs real money, so far fewer exist. Scarcity, not the rarity tag, sets the price.
The same pattern has held for every Halloween event since 2019.

Two lessons from this table:
Robux Halloween pets hold or grow. The 2019 Shadow Dragon went from 1,000 Robux (about $12) to $199.
Candy pets stay cheap. The Skele-Rex, the 2020 candy Legendary, sells for $2.50 six years on. Expect the Skelicorn to end up in the same place.
The 2019 pets are the exception on both sides: candies were far harder to earn back then, which is why the Bat Dragon beats everything.
What to Buy and What to Sell Before October 31
Buy: Jester Dragon and Copycat. The two Robux legendaries. Buy them in-game now at 1,000 and 600 Robux, or buy a Jester Dragon already potioned from a seller. Supply ends on October 31.
Make, then sell: Mega Neons. Four Mummy Spiders are free. Four Skelicorns cost 480,000 Candy Corn. A Mega Neon of either sells for several times the Normal price, and demand is highest while the event is live.
Skip: single Candy Corn pets as an investment. A Normal Boohoo or Shoebill is worth cents. Get them for your collection, not for profit.
Sell now if you have them: old Halloween pets. Every October, new players want the classics. Shadow Dragon, Bat Dragon and Evil Unicorn prices tick up during the event and settle in November.
