About The Cryptid
A Fly Ride Cryptid sells for $41.35, with a trade value of 45.
Cheapest of 35 listings from sellers with 100+ reviews.
The Cryptid is a legendary event pet with a mysterious, monster-inspired design that sets it apart from the game's usual animal roster. That novelty gives it a dedicated collector following, and its Neon form leans into the eerie theme, which props up demand for the potioned variants. As an event pet its supply is capped at what was distributed during its run, so its value holds firm and tends to rise as the event recedes further into the past. Across the 3 of 8 forms we can price today, the cheapest listings run from $41.35 (Fly Ride) to $370 (Mega Fly Ride). Over the last 31 days the Fly Ride Cryptid moved from $51.84 to $41.89 (down 19%), with a low of $41.89 and a high of $52.95 across 27 daily prices.

No. The Cryptid is unobtainable — it came from a past event or a retired egg and can no longer be obtained through normal play. The only way to get one now is a trade or a cash purchase.
A Fly Ride Cryptid has had both a Fly Potion and a Ride Potion applied, letting you fly and ride it. FR is the standard trading benchmark — when traders quote a pet's value, they usually mean its Fly Ride value.
A Mega Neon Fly Ride Cryptid is worth 433 trade points (about 4.3 Frosts), or about $370.00 in real money. A Mega Neon takes four Neons — 16 of the same pet — to make, which is why it is worth so much more than a regular one.
From real sale prices, not votes. A Frost Dragon (Fly Ride) is 100 points and every pet is scored against it, so 320 points is worth about 3.2 Frost Dragons. A form with too few sales is estimated from the same pet's other forms and marked "est."
