Every order on DropMarket is covered by SafeDrop, our buyer protection programme. The promise is simple: get what you ordered, or your money back — and the seller isn’t paid out until the order is actually delivered.

The seller delivers in-game within their stated window. You confirm receipt from your order page — the seller is paid out once you confirm, or once your protection window closes without an issue.

If something goes wrong — no delivery, wrong item, mis-described listing — you open a dispute and get a full refund. The seller’s payout is paused while a dispute is open, and a seller is never paid for an order that wasn’t delivered as described.
