Chargeback & Payment Policy

  • Crypto (CoinGate) — now: payments are irreversible; no chargebacks. Refunds, if approved, are made via the PSP under the Refund & Dispute Policy.
  • Cards (Tazapay) — planned: subject to card-scheme chargeback rules; a longer hold may apply to a Seller’s first card-funded payouts; Sellers bear chargeback liability via reserves and clawbacks.
  • Initiating a chargeback instead of using the SafeDrop dispute process (“friendly fraud”) breaches the Terms.
