Complaints Handling / Dispute Resolution

Raise complaints to support@dropmarket.gg. We acknowledge promptly and aim to resolve within a reasonable period.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): if a consumer complaint remains unresolved after our internal process, we will tell the consumer the name and website of a relevant certified ADR entity and whether we agree to use it, as required by the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes Regulations 2015. The EU ODR platform is no longer available to UK traders (post-Brexit), so it is not referenced.

Data-protection complaints follow the 30-day acknowledgement standard set out in the Privacy Policy.
